How much privacy do these window coverings give?: These shades will provide privacy so that someone cannot see directly into the room. However, you may want to add either a privacy or blackout liner if you feel that the material is sheer. This will give you more light control and somewhat more privacy regarding shadows and silhouettes. You can request free swatches to see the various shade materials in person.
