Can the bamboo blinds have a blackout lining added?: This is a value product with limited options, and the blackout liner is not available.
Is the roll type Roman option on the bamboo shades cordless? I want to purchase Roman style bamboo shades but do not want cords - please tell me what choices I'd have from your website. Thank you!: Sorry, all of our Roman Bamboo Shades do come equipped with a cord. They are not available with a cordless option. You do however get a cord cleat which you can wrap the cord around to avoid excess on the floor. Or, in some collections you can choose a continuous cord loop option where the cord will only hang about 3/4 of the way down the shade and recycles around the headrail.
Can the woven wood or bamboo shades be lined?: We offer privacy and blackout lining options on all of our bamboo shades except the Advantage.
If the inside of the window measures exactly 64-1/4", is that the size I would order or do I need to allow for mounting hardware? Thanks!!: As our measuring instructions indicate, we need the exact size for the inside opening. We make the allowances for the hardware to fit. Please DO NOT make your own allowance.
Does the Advantage Bamboo Shades include valance? I do not see it listed in features.: Yes, a valance is attached onto the headrail.
My window measures 29.5 on the inside measurement. What size should i order?: You must order 29.5 for your width. We make all necessary deductions to allow the hardware to fit. Do not subtract or add-on.
I need a bamboo blind that is 100 inches wide and 80 inches long. If I order it , will it be one blind or 3 blinds on a track equalling 100 inches: For the Advantage Bamboo shades, we do not offer this size. That collection will have a max width and height of 72" and there is no option for a multi-shade headrail. We do offer wider widths and longer heights in our Platinum Bamboo collection as well as a 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 headrail. The max width is 96", but I recommend that you order it as two separate blinds, at a width of 50" each so that you have less strain on one headrail. I have 3 windows side by side and would like a shade for each window. Will hardware be able to mount from top on for the right of the left shade, center window and the left of the right window?: The hardware included with these bamboo shades is a universal L shaped bracket. Depending upon how you choose to position the screws, you can mount to the top, back or sides.
Can you please tell me the color of the blinds hanging in the picture for the Advantage Bamboo Shades? Thank you. We are trying to decide which color we want and we like the way they look.: This is the Winthrop Tortoise color. However, we do offer free sample swatches and we highly recommend that you take advantage of those samples. That way you can see color and material in person. We just received our blinds for the dining room in Advantage Montauk which we like. We're now looking for blinds for the living room and foyer but are having trouble getting a color that works. The only thing that looks like a match is the back side of the Winthrop Camel so my question is whether you ever make them up with what is supposed to be the back as the front?: I am so sorry, but we are unable to reverse the patterns. The factory can only make them with the stained portion facing the room.
