Mount Type  This refers to the way your window treatments will attach to your window.Inside mount measurements are made inside your window. You do not have to make any adjustments for this type of measurements as it will fit perfectly recessed in your window. We’ll take care of everything.For an outside mount measurement
please measure where the window treatment would exactly cover.
This way we’ll make them exactly the size you order.Outside mounts can be used to install your window treatments on walls , doors, and trim. Please refer to the measurement instructions if you are not clear on how to approach this.

Lift Location This refers to the location of the controls used to lift and lower the shades

Spliced headrail Two individual shades will be manufactured and a metal piece will be used to join the shades together. Usually used to cover very wide windows to make operation easier and reduce stress on hardware mechanisms. Also provides the flexibility of raising one shade while keeping the other lowered. Each individual shade will have it’s own controls and thus operate independently. There will be a 3/8" gap between the two shades.

Hold Down Brackets Used to hold the bottom rail in place, such as on a door. For cellular shades, the standard is to use Velcro to hold the shade down, but metal can be requested at no additional cost

Cordless Raise and lower your blinds without cords. This is a terrific safety feature if you have children in the house. Please note that this option is not available on heights beyond 84". For the cordless option, the headrail and cord color is
white. Bottomrail will be color coordinated to match the shade.

Easy Lift continuous cord loop Continuous Cord Loop option is a continuous cord which allows lifting of the shade with less force. The cord stays the same length regardless of shade position. This allows for easy adjustments of shade height with more ease because of the reduced torque requirements. This is a great feature if you would like to raise or lower your shades frequently. Since the cord does not change in height you can use this in rooms where there are infants and small children by making sure the cord is out of there reach. You can easily attach the loop to the side of a window and out of the way of small children minimizing the risk of them pulling on the cords. This system is completely concealed inside a 2” x 1-13/16” headrail. Headrail and cord color is white. Bottomrail will be color coordinated to match the shade. Easy Lift Continuous cord
Cord Loop Length When selecting the continuous cord loop option, you may specify the length you wish the loop to drop down from the headrail. This is designed to allow you to keep the cords out of the reach of small children and pets

Support Brackets If you need to mount the shade from the sides of the headrail as opposed to the rear of the headrail, select this option to include the correct mounting brackets.

Spacer Blocks These are plastic spacers that are used to space the shade from the mounting surface for an outside mount installation

Duofold An upgrade that allows the shade to be lowered from the top down, rather than raised from the bottom up- lets light shine in above while maintaining privacy below.

End Caps These are color-coordinated plastic caps placed on the ends of the headrail. They add 1/8" to the width of the headrail
