How To Measure: Window Blinds/Shades

Items needed:

Writing tool and paper
A measuring tape in inches with a minimum 1/8” increment. (metal measuring tape is the best for accuracy)

Inside Mount Installation

1. Measure inside recess width in several places, particularly at the top of the recess. Measure inside recess height in several places.

2. Supply us with the exact recess measurements we’ll take care of the rest.

Use the smallest measurement to allow for a proper fit.

Note: All inside mounted window treatments will have a standard deduction applied. Please contact us if you want to know the exact amount of this deduction.

Outside Mount Installation

1. Take an exact width and height measurement of where you would like the window treatments to cover (including the headrail). We’ll take care of the rest.
