Inside Mount Installation

Step 1: Mark the holes with your pencil. Then use a drill bit that is
smaller then the screw width. You may want to use fasteners if the moulding is
dry-wall.
Step 2: Drill holes. Fit the fastener into the holes. (If wood, you do not need to use the fasteners.) Step 3: Put a screw from the inside of the frame to the point on the moulding and screw in. This will allow for an easy penetration of the screw in the moulding. Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 for opposite side. Top frame and bottom frame (if applicable). Step 5: Line up the individual shutter panel hinges with the hinges on the frame. Once lined up insert the pin from the top. |
Step 6: You should now repeat this if there are other panels involved.
Check to see if panels will close at the center with ease. This is to double
check that the frame has been mounted correctly. Some windows are out of square
and make this difficult.
Step 7: You can now mount the magnets holders on the inside and you can close the panels. Make sure that they are flush with the frame. Congrats, you are finished!
