I have written very few letters like this. However, in this case I was so impressed with the product, that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. I purchased online 4 bamboo shades from payless for my living room to cover the stark whiteness of french doors. Not only was the product of great quality, it was the easiest window treatment I ever had to hang. After I attached the brackets with screws, I could make minute adjustments so that the shades hung in a very balanced way over the window. The process of purchasing was very easy and arrived by Fed Ex in a couple of days. I recommend this company to anyone.

• I'm absolutely pleased with my recent order. My husband just hung them this morning and there exactly what I wanted. I first placed my order for blinds with another online blind company which I have dealt with in the past. They told me it would take two weeks for the blinds to be made. They then called and told me it would take the company another two weeks. Then I received another call saying they could not supply the shade of white I chose and would have to substitute another shade of white. That's when I began surfing the web and found Payless Decor. I found what I wanted and went out on a limb and just placed my order, more out of frustration than anything else. What a wonderful surprise.
