I wanted to drop a line to let you know that I had my blinds put up on Saturday. They are just beautiful! I was a bit nervous because I was not sure if I measured them properly. I am happy to say they fit like a glove. I am extremely happy with the blinds and I want to thank you very much for your excellent service. I did a lot of pricing with the local stores in my area (Home Depot, Wallauer). I was able to purchase and have the blinds installed for a fraction of their cost. • I'm absolutely pleased with my recent order. My husband just hung them this morning and there exactly what I wanted. I first placed my order for blinds with another online blind company which I have dealt with in the past. They told me it would take two weeks for the blinds to be made. They then called and told me it would take the company another two weeks. Then I received another call saying they could not supply the shade of white I chose and would have to substitute another shade of white. That's when I began surfing the web and found Payless Decor. I found what I wanted and went out on a limb and just placed my order, more out of frustration than anything else. What a wonderful surprise. I not only saved over $100 but everything about the experience was perfect. Great website, easy to navigate, fast reply that the order was received, fast shipment, and great quality.
