Every time an order is placed online we ask our customers what they thought of us twice. Once immediately after the purchase and then again, a few weeks later when our customer has received the ordered products. These surveys are powered by bizrate and we do not get to 'choose' the customers that are polled. Good experience or bad the same questions are asked. We do this to improve, and from our website, to our products to our service there is always room to grow.
