If you are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the product you wish to order, please be advised to order a free sample of the product, and we will graciously send one to you free of charge.
As the goods, which you order, are custom manufactured according to the measurements you provide us in your order, it is very important that they are accurate. Regretfully, we cannot accept the return of the goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. While every attempt will be made by Payless Decor to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation or change in color or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.
Cancellations and/or changes of orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your online order is submitted to us, provided manufacturing has not yet begun. If manufacturing has begun, then we cannot change or rescind the order. All cancellations and changes effected during the 12-hour period after your order is submitted will be subject to a manufacturer’s restocking charge plus Payless Décor, LLC administrative expenses. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12-hour period, Payless Décor, LLC will refund your money minus the manufacturer's restocking charge, where applicable, and the Payless Décor, LLC 9% administrative charge. Under no circumstance will Payless Décor, LLC either refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 12-hour period following order submission.
