In bringing you the best values around, UPS & FED-EX shipping are FREE within the contiguous 48 States. We regretfully cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere outside the 48 contiguous United States.
While some of our competitors offer free shipping, keep a close eye on the handling that they may charge (blinds.com and selectblinds.com to name a few). Of course this is just a different way to charge you more money than you were expecting. Shady way of selling shades? We think so. We simply don't have any hidden costs - what you see is what you get!
The shipping time of each product is specified on its individual product page. Please email or call us if you are not sure of the shipping time of the product you have interest in.

Your order of any Designer product will ship within 1 working day after the order is entered into our system or the product will receive a 25% discount. All complete orders received by 7AM EST each working day will be entered. This guarantee will result in all complete orders shipping in a total of 2 working days from the time the order is submitted on our website.; We hope you understand that sometimes it takes a little bit of time to enter your order and double check all its specifications. These are all custom built products to the highest standards of production and materials.

Shipping then takes 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are in the country.
All other products will be based on the estimated time provided in the product information section. They are excluded from the delivery day guarantee.
Certain exclusions will apply: Material backorder required to complete the order - Payless décor must notify you (customer) within 2-business days after the order hits the production floor that a backorder exists. Delays caused by Acts of God, War, or other situations that are outside our control. In addition, an order may be held because of a Credit situation. Should this occur, we will notify you on the same day that the order is entered so there can be a quick resolution
