Purchased From: December, 2012 Review: We are very, very happy with the purchase of the Sheer Roman Shades we purchsed via Payless Decor. They look very nice in our living room window and really adds a nice classy look to our room. I can't believe the amount of money we saved going through Payless Decor and the high quality, easy to install Blinds. We have a couple more windows that need shades and we'll definitely be placing another order in the near future. To any prospective buyers, trust me, you can't go wrong with the Site. They cut the shades exactly to the sizes submitted and they're very easy to install
