I purchased these shades for my bedroom. They were fairly inexpensive compared to other wooden shades that I have looked at and purchased in the past. They arrived quickly (within 5 days) and were very easy to install. They really finish off the bedroom nicely.

I received my two blinds about two weeks ago, and am SO pleased with them. The fit is exactly as I wanted. I followed the measuring instructions. The color I chose (Tibet) is slightly darker than the online photo, but it works in the room perfectly. The only thing I will do differently on my next order is get the ends finished. I think it would make them just a little nicer.

I ordered three blinds off of Payless Decor and could not have been more impressed with the products. I had ordered identical products two years ago from another discount site and paid twice as much. I would also like to add that I had my product in less than two weeks which I considered very very timely. I will definitely order from Payless for my future blind and shutter purchases.

This will be my third time purchasing these shades. Prior to my first purchase, I sent for samples and received them very quickly. Upon receiving my first order, I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship, I decided to make a second and now a third purchase. I am planning on getting these shades for all the windows in my home. The price and delivery time is terrific.

I've ordered blinds from Paylessdecor before and am ordering to replace the ones our new german shephard used as a chew toy. I've loved the blinds since I bought them, both the faux wood and bamboo ones. They were easy to hang, looked great, and I am moving soon and will be ordering all of the blinds for the new house from paylessdecor. I don't even waste my time looking for blinds/window coverings from anywhere else. I've told my friends and even my contractor about PaylessDecor!

I've been a customer of Payless Decor for several years now and would not even consider another vendor when it comes to blinds or window treatments. I did an ungodly amount of online research and PD always had the lowest price for what I wanted. I've been pleasantly surprised with the great service that has accompanied the products. From personal emails to ask questions about orders, to very fast ship times and excellent manufacturing quality, PD has got all its bases covered. The blinds are physically made in China but that doesn't really matter when you see them in your house - everything is done to a very high standard and you will not be disappointed. PS - if I had to pick, my favorite style/stain is Tamarind, part of the Platinum II Collection. That dark, distressed look goes perfectly with our Autumn-inspired color scheme of oranges, browns and greens in our house. Could not be happier and will continue to shop at Payless Decor as the years go on.

Overall, the shade I purchased was beautiful. Very happy with the quality. I only wish the bottom of the shade was made a little longer. I purchased the blackout liner as well and it was very nice.

I bought these bamboo blinds online having never heard of Payless Decor before finding them thru a google search. There pricing on custom blinds is about half that of others I saw. There prices are not that much higher than Home Depot's non-custom blinds. The only issue I had was that one of the two blinds that I bought was longer than the other. I had to figure out a way to manually shorten the one but it looks just fine now. I'm guessing it's pretty hard to get the lenght of bamboo blinds just right? Still quite happy with my purchase!

The blinds look nice. However, a cord on one blind has broken. I want to try and fix it; I don't want to go to the trouble of sending it back. Some blinds are hard to open and close - not sure the mechanics are working properly.

My husband and I ordered the beautiful, roman bamboo shades for every window in our new house and they are BEAUTIFUL. When I first placed the order, I only ordered our bedroom windows to have the black-out liner but, after seeing them up I decided I did not want to cover the shades up with curtains, so I contacted Payless Decor and spoke to Ron. Ron sent me a quote the same day, to have the rest of my roman shades have the blackout liner. I Fedex'd them back to Payless Decor and had them back and had my shades back in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend you all to ALL of my friends and family.

The site was easy to use and very economical prices, but my blinds arrived broken and weren't in working order. They looked great, but the roller and clip were defective and missing on one of the sides. I called and left a message, but haven't heard anything back yet. I had to break apart the old blinds I was replacing to rig the defective part. There doesn't seem to be any way to get ahold of anyone in cases like this. The metal rings in the back that pull the blinds up and down were also broken and tangled in all the strings, making one side unable to retract. All in all, it took me hours to get them installed and semi-working. Very frustrating.

My faux wood blinds look like real wood. We have two windows next to each other but didn't want one blind. The only thing I didn't like was the scalloped edges on the headers when you are trying to match two blinds together.

Blinds look great and hopefully hold up since they are so expensive. I think they are way overpriced. Also, the cord issue can drive you nuts especially when you have a wall full of windows and you open and close them daily.

I was looking for an inexpensive blind for a small window (32 1/2" x 51 1/4") in our garage and I found it here at 'Payless Decor". I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received my blind in 1-1/2 weeks.
It had been raining really hard when the delivery person left it at our house. It had been sitting on our sidewalk all day and I was a little worried about the condition that I would find my blind. I worried needlessly, because Payless Decor did a great job in packing. There was no warping or damage.
I highly recommend you purchase your window coverings here, especially if you are on a budget. You get a great product at an even better price!

I needed outside mount shades. I ordered some for 2 different rooms. One of them was easily sized while the other (a window which also needed an outside mount) needed a different type of bracket for it to work. Therefore I couldn't use them.
I wish I could have them re-sized and have different appropriate outside brackets. And I wish on the invoice or packing slip, there was a phone number I could call.

i bought these roman shades for my bedroom and am very happy with the quality. i wanted a fabric that was not overly fancy but not cheap looking either. they fit perfectly, let in some light, but allow for privacy which is exactly what i wanted. i am considering ordering the same kind of window treatment (in a different fabric) for my kids' rooms...

Really love the shades. We have three wide windows that we were trying to cover, but most standard orders stop at 72". Payless Decor offered a wider shade at the same reasonable price. My samples came very quickly and were really helpful in making my decision. The website pics do not do the shades justice, so be sure to order samples before placing you order. Overall I am very happy with my order!

Absolute black out and pull chain works okay. Installation directions could be a bit more detailed, but drawings a big help. This shade would work best as an interior shade I believe; that option not available for this window. The only down side, to me, is when drawn down there is a large square block of white in the middle of the wall. I may have a mural painted on it!!! Otherwise, good purchase at good price.

I have already recommended the products to several friends. Prior to ordering I strongly recommend ordering samples. This eliminates the unknown such as texture, actual colour, density, fabric 'feel' and sun blockage. I've forwarded my samples to others. Ease of installation, once I figured it out because I had an inside mount side attachment. Will be ordering at least 2 more shades. PMMiller

Very happy with my recent purchase. The only downside is that I wish they would have offered something with a slightly higher solar filter. These are used in my business which is a hair salon. When the sun is directly hitting the window, the rays come through enough & reflect in the mirrors still causing a slight glare. They only offered two levels of sun filtering in the color I needed, which is the one I purchased or total blackout, which I did not want. Most of the time, they do exactly what I need so overall I am very happy with my purchase. The company is great to work with.

I called Payless Decor after my blinds arrived since they were too long and damaged on the back side. Ron, the customer service agent was kind and informative and told me what I needed to do to return the blinds from proper cutting and he would look at the damage on the back side of the blinds personally

These blinds are a wonderful addition to my master bedroom. I liked them so much I ordered some for my kitchen. The privacy liner lets in muted light but you can't see through them. The quality is very very good and they were the least expensive custom blinds I could find. Extrememly pleased with both purchases.
