The look of the bamboo is very high end. High quality and the privacy liner works well. I'm not sure if I like the way the blinds look from the outside of the house. The privacy liner gives them a distinct white look with two brown lines (the cords) running down the edges. The box was torn upon arrival. I left message with the company and never received a reply. Overall I am pleased with the product.

Items purchased was good quality and price. One of the shades were the wrong size. It was difficult working with your customer service to get a replacement. Once it was determined that a replacement would be sent, it was a reasonable amount of time for arrival.

the basswood blinds are great and look like expensive, custom made blinds. the color, walnut, was the perfect selection for our room. the only complaint is the side valances were broken so we had to glue them in order to attach to the main valance. the repaired and finished install looks great and i recommend this product.

This shade is perfect for screen porches. It blocks 85-90% of the sun rays when down which ultimately keeps the porch cooler. It also provides a certain amount of privacy. I would recommend this shade to anyone who has a screen porch that takes on direct sunlight.

Blinds are great! Arrive quickly and were very easy to hang. Same quality as blinds I had quoted for more than 3 times the price. The coloring is perfect, the privacy liner is a great quality, and the bamboo quality is fantastic as well. I'm very happy with my purchases.

I ordered 4 shades for my living room 2 19x60 and 2 29x72, in dove gray, room darkening cellular shades and i am so pleased with my purchase. I have a very bright living room and wanted shades to dark room when needed so we can watch movies. The quality is great , i was a bit concerned when i ordered as not having seen the shades prior to purchase, and the cost, but after receiving shades i am very happy. I plan on purchasing additional shades in the future for this rest of my home.

1" faux wood blinds are almost impossible to find, especially interior-mounting that only requires 1/2", as is the case on old windows. These blinds installed easily in my bathroom and seem very solid, well made, and true to description. I'm definitely pleased. Being faux-wood, they are heavier than real wood, but mounting hardware is sturdy (and not obtrusive). I received prompt customer support and the blinds arrived in the estimated time.

I ordered a bamboo shade to cover four small windows in my dining room, 75x98. It is absolutley stunning. I chose the Shanghai oak style, and the dark brown stitching makes it a truly beautiful and unique shade.

I don,t use computer, when I ordered blinds I didn,t read small print about ordering samples first. I was anxious and ordered two based on online photos. Boy were they OFF. The instructions for installation were horrible. After we had already mounted the brackets we realized we couldn't attach the valance. There needs to be a note that the unit needs to be mounted slightly beyond the window frame. We were able to attach the valance rigging it ourselves with some screws and a couple of "L" brackets. However, The blinds look very elegant. You would never be able to tell they are not real wood.

I recently put this Navy blue shade up. The instructions were simple. The shade works very well and adds just the decorater touch my room needed.

I ordered blinds for the window above my kitchen sink. I couldn't be happier with these blinds, they look amazing. Everything was so easy from ordering, to installing and now I can just enjoy them .

The original shade we ordered was great and fit well in the window. Somehow, the cordless feature broke (possibly a house guest over the holidays pulled instead of lifting). We contacted Payless Decor and they replaced the shade at no cost. The new shade also fits well in the window and the cordless feature is great.

Recieved two blinds for which the same exact size was ordered. One fit perfectly and I couldn't get the other to fit. I then measured the width of both blinds and the one that did not fit was 1 inch wider than it should have been.
Although I would recommend this company to my friends, I would do so with caution. I ordered a total of 19 blinds and on at least 5, I had to trim the housing with tin snips to get them to fit right as, again, they were not cut correctly.

The cloth verticals look great as well as the vynil, I also ordered 6 solar roller shades they look great! Shipping was true to their site info everything was packed perfect - All hardware was there and everything went up easily. What more could we ask for? These blinds are fabulous!! They provide just the right amount of privacy yet still offer a hint of light to shine through. We had the movable black out liner put on and it is a great option. During the summer it will provide great coverage from the sun. We are extremely happy with the color and construction of these blinds. Would highly recommend these blinds.

I received my blinds just over a week after placing the order. The first thing I
noticed was how well packed the item
was. I have ordered wood blinds from
a couple of other suppliers. The quality
is as good as theirs. The valance was a little more complex to assemble, but the finished product was indistinguish-able. The best part is the price was
more than a third less.

I liked the shade itself. The fabric is nice for a roller shade and it fit well.
The cord is cheap black plastic and I ordered a brown shade. I would have rather have had metal, which I thought was an option.

Two out of the three blinds I purchased did not match. I called customer service and they mailed a second shipment. I thought it was a joke when I stepped back to view the blinds. Every other slat was a different color. I will never purchase these blinds again.

This was my first time ordering celleur shades. I love how they look and the ease of lowering and raising them.
I bought one blackout shade and one regular shade. The blackout shade keeps out the light very well and offers maximum privacy.
The shades are attractive and in my opinion look a lot more sophisticated than regular blinds.
I will be ordering more shades for each room of my house in the near future!

These blinds are beautiful! They are superior to anything I found at the big box stores, and we saved over $30 a window. The header is much better and it is nice that it includes sides that go to the wall. The install was easy and the measurements were exact. The only downside is that they are a little darker and not quite as red as I expected, but my son is extremely happy with them. I am quickly going to order some more for other bedrooms.
