Does this blind have a valance, if so is it the same material and color of the blind? Do they adjust, or just go up or down? Is the material actully textured like wood as some or just colored?

Yes, our Elite Faux ColorMatch blinds includes an upgrade to a 3 1/4" decorative crown valance FREE of charge. The matching valance will be the same color as the product you choose. The crown valance mounts into place over the headrail so it is not designed to be adjustable. Our ColorMatch blinds are made from PVC so it will have a smooth finish.
