The best thing about these shades is the price, and you will get what you pay for. Not dissatisfied, but glad they didn't cost more for what they are. Service was good, but still waiting to hear when the rest of my order will ship. The tolerances of the extrusion for the groove in the top rail are not held to the dimensions required to fit the bracket, so you have to jock around with the cheesy clips to keep the blinds from falling when you open and close them. Made in USA? Maybe a little quality control is in order.

I was so pleased with how quickly they got out my samples. The blinds were a perfect fit, sooooo easy to install, and they look so much more expensive than they were. I had gotten quotes from big box stores and specialty stores and I will never go anywhere else. I have several more to buy and will most assuredly order from Payless Decor.

Is there a cordless option available?

Answer:

No, they do not. Unfortunately the shades are too heavy for a cordless option. However, if you do want a cordless blackout shade, you can choose to add motorization which makes for very easy functioning.

Can you confirm that you color Beige is comparable to Levolor's Sand. THANKS.

Answer:

No, we cannot confirm this as we do not have a sample of Levolor's "sand" color for comparison. Please order samples to ensure you pick a color that is suitable for your decor.

What is the advantage of the continuous loop control?

Answer:

Continuous cord loop is a very popular option for larger and heavier shades. You’ll be amazed how easy it is to raise shades of all sizes using our continuous loop lift system. Simply pull one hand over the other in either direction to lift or lower your shade smoothly and evenly. Because the cord always remains attached at the same length above the floor, continuous cord loop shades enhance safety in homes with small children and pets.

Can I order three shades in one head rail? AND will this shade have the same color on both sices? or will itbe white on the street side?... IThanks!

Unfortunately not. They are only offered with "2 on 1" headrail. And yes, the shades will be white from the "street side".

I have three windows in one large frame, no divisions inbetween. If I order three shades with the confort tracks, will they work properly? or do I need an actual frame for each window in order to install a confort track?... hope you understand my question... thanks!

Answer:

Unfortunately that feature would not work properly if you are mounting 3 shades in one large window. That feature is designed to eliminate gaps when you are mounting one individual shade in a single window.
