I have bought bamboo shades from Payless before and have been very happy with the price, quality and speed. This cord problem was not a big deal but it could have been avoided if they had just spooled it onto a piece of cardboard instead of just putting a rubber band on it. I would still buy from them but if you are buying cord- place the order on the phone and ask them to spool it somehow. I will still consider them for future purchases of window coverings.

Our bamboo cords are 1/16th of an inch in width yet the cording is very durable. They are sold in 30, 100, and 200 feet.
